Supervised Visitation (for Court-Ordered Parents)

I do this work with both mothers and fathers who have parenting and safety plans in place with the family court system. I’ve worked with parents for five sessions or five months. Your story is heard and you will never be judged. These sessions with your children are done in your home or in the community (ex. park, library). My cases have been revisited in court (Pennsylvania and Florida) and have produced positive family outcomes. *Services are offered in Alachua County, Florida.

Domestic Violence Intervention (for Mothers)

Using psychological and Christian-based intervention, mothers are supported in safety planning, family goal setting, trauma-informed parenting education, and resilience-building that leads to long-term impact. Your story is valued – past and present – and you are considered an “expert” of what your family’s needs are. Twelve (12) sessions are the goal, but follow-up with community support groups is encouraged. *Services are offered in Gainesville, FL office or virtually.

Personal Safety (for Children in Grades K-12)

I’ve worked in groups, classroom settings, and special events teaching children about self awareness and abuse prevention. The work I do with kids is always friendly and fun as content helps them explore healthy boundaries, safe/unsafe people, safe/unsafe situations, and disclosure of the things that bother them.

Cooking Classes (for Teen Girls)

Women’s Events

I’ve been an active communicator (speaker/ordained preacher/facilitator/podcast guest/writer) in the areas of women’s issues, Christian discipleship, resilience, female rights/equality, and interpersonal violence prevention for over 15 years. I believe that the Lord is truly the God of “another chance” and am a living witness of this in more ways than one.
